ThinkFirst is a professional network of former Big 4 consultants who also have extensive experience as executives in industry.  Our network has extensive skills in large-scale transformation, process reengineering, culture change as well as technology strategy, architecture and implementation.

We maintain a flexible employment model, which means we can form unique teams to meet the specific needs of each client rather than merely selecting from a pool unstaffed candidates.  And all of our professionals have at least 10 years of genuine experience in their field of expertise.  We have no junior associates.

Todd Moniot, Principal and Founder

Todd Moniot has over 17 years of global industry and consulting experience in the areas of operations management, process reengineering, mergers & acquisitions, and technology implementation. Most recently, he was the acting Group Executive for Operations (COO) for Liberty Life of South Africa where he managed over 1,200 staff through the turmoils of the 2008 financial crisis.

Other global experiences include: leading a $680 million transformation program to modernize the Commonwealth Bank of Australia; and working with the Chief Risk Officer of the National Australia Bank following a liquidity crisis caused by rogue foreign currency traders.

Mr. Moniot’s consulting experience stems from a long and varied career at Deloitte Consulting in the United States and Europe, where he led a number of large-scale projects covering mergers and acquisitions, new business launches, process reengineering and technology implementations.

Mr. Moniot’s primary expertise and skills are in the areas of Operations Strategy and Process Performance, in which he is a recognized authority in the areas of process improvement and performance remuneration. He has worked with the largest financial services organizations in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Africa.  He has led departmental budgets and transformation projects worth in excess of $2 billion.
